THE PROCESS:
Go to CONTACT US page, enter you information and we will reply within 48 hours, or call our toll free line and talk with a consultant. There is a good chance you'll get our recorded message, but leave a number and we will return your call.
If you decide to use our services, print the CUSTOMER AGREEMENT, the MEDICAL INFORMATION RELEASE FORM and INSURANCE INFORMATION FORM. Complete the required informationand along with a copy of your medical bill, return them to us via fax at (818)518-9087 or email at MedicalBillConsultants@gmail.com.
We will review the bills for accuracy and valuation. Usually it is completed within 3 days unless more information is needed from you or the provider.
We will discuss the payment options you have for your medical bills, such as how many months you want to make payments for, or how much you can afford monthly. At this point, you are still not obligated to us for any fees.
Once we have everything finalized, your life and your budget will be happy.
You will receive an itemized statement for our 15% fee and payment is made through PayPal.
